Glintech is looking for a passionate individual who think outside of the box and is self-driven to join our amazing Sydney team as Technical Trainer. This role would be well suited to an experienced trainer, or someone who is ready to embark on upskilling their technical trainer career path.
We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Training Team.
About the role:
Reporting to the Professional Services Manager, you will:
Become an advocate and expert in the Atlassian Product Suite (Jira, Confluence etc)
Conduct training courses using a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, both online and in-person, creating an engaging learning experience for our clients
Design, Develop and maintain training content, lab exercises, presentations, and accompanying materials
Develop a deep understanding of our client’s problem space ( ITSM, agile, and more)
Assist in developing and executing our training strategies
Help facilitate and evolve our best-in-class discovery workshops
Deliver our internal training programs, upskilling the wider professional services team on the latest tech
Relevant Tertiary Qualifications or equivalent professional experience
You have a passion for technology and experience with popular enterprise applications (Jira, Confluence etc)
You have excellent presentation skills
You have the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
You are agile and adaptable, with the ability to think quickly and deliver autonomously
You have an amazing organisational skills and understanding of project and service delivery
A ‘can-do’ attitude with the desire to contribute to a high-performing team
The right to work full-time in Australia
