GLiNTECH is growing! We’re looking for an Implementation Consultant – Cloud to join our amazing Professional Services teams.

About you

You have experience in a strategic customer-facing role (consulting, implementation, customer success or migrations teams; even internal application support)
You have a passion for technology and experience with popular applications (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, ServiceNow or Rally, etc.)
You have an appreciation common database solutions (e.g. MSSQL, Postgres, etc.)
Ideally you have some experience using scripting languages (e.g. Groovy, JavaScript) and/or RESTful API’s (or equivalent) to automate tasks
You understand how to communicate effectively to both business and technical stakeholders
You are agile and adaptable, with the ability to think quickly and deliver autonomously
You have amazing project management skills

About the role

As a member of the Consulting team, you will:

Delve deeply into Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) and other technologies to become an advocate and expert
Become an expert in migration and consolidation projects and maintain a ‘Cloud first’ mindset
Specialise in overcoming the challenges associated with migrating clients from legacy systems into Atlassian’s Cloud applications
Be involved in scoping, planning, designing and implementing large software transformation projects
Liaise with internal stakeholders on business needs and contribute to the technical design and development of new business solutions
Understand the importance of effective change management and training for successful projects

Must have

Either a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
A ‘can-do’ attitude with the desire to contribute to a high-performing team
The right to work full-time in Australia
